For in-store purchases, 3BHOOD will accept returns under these terms:

  • Products can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit only.
  • In-store purchases must be returned in-store and cannot be processed online.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all in-store returns.
  • Items will be appraised for condition before approval.
  • Products must be in their original, unworn condition, with packaging intact and labels attached.
  • 3BHOOD reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

How Do I Return or Exchange My 3BHOOD Online Purchase?

To avoid abuse of the policy, 3BHOOD reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges per customer.

Once your return is approved and meets our conditions, refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by 3BHOOD. Refunds may take 10–14 days to appear in your original payment method.

We recommend shipping returns via registered and insured post and double-boxing to protect the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not refund shipping charges.
